In the recently held Brokers´ Conference, Stateland revealed new and exciting developments such as new house models, life sized chutes and ladders which is an innovated version of the board game snakes and ladders, a 4,300 square-meter serenity garden. Washington Place’s 1-hectare main amenities block, will also be one of the highlights of the year with the construction of its main open space rotunda, human chessboard, outdoor basketball and tennis courts which are designed to international standards and a clubhouse lined up for development.
These amenities highlight Washington Place’s uniqueness as a prime residential development with spaces that cater to residents who want active recreational activities and to those who yearn for a more serene area where they can relax. Washington Place also features areas for family bonding and child friendly play areas. The company announced that construction of these facilities will commence in 2015.
