Samsung Galaxy TabPro S
The Galaxy TabPro S uses the same concept as Microsoft’s Surface Pro line. It features a tablet form factor but with notebook specifications like a 6th-gen Intel Core M processor (Dual Core 2.2GHz), 4GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB SSD. It comes with a full-sized keyboard that also doubles as a cover. Samsung is also making available for separate purchase a multi-port adapter (HDMI, USB Type A & C) and Bluetooth Pen. Price is TBA.
Lenovo Yoga 900S
Representing Lenovo’s Yoga line is the Yoga 900S. This notebook doesn’t have a detachable keyboard but it sports a special and stylish 360-degree watchband hinge, as seen with the Yoga Pros, allowing it to bend into different modes. It sports a 12.5-inch QHD display, 6th-gen Intel Core M processor, and Windows 10. Price is TBA.
HP Spectre x360 w/ OLED display option
HP introduced a refreshed version of the Spectre X360 and equipped it with a 15.6-inch 4K Ultra HD display, 6th-gen Intel Core i5 or i7 processors, optional Intel Iris graphics, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB SSD and quad front-firing speakers custom tuned by Bang & Olufsen. It also boasts a thin 15.9mm body and 9.5 hours of battery life. Price starts at $1,149. The OLED version, on the other hand, has a 13.3-inch display. Price is TBA.
Acer Aspire Switch 12 S
The Acer Aspire Switch 12 S is an improved version of the Aspire Switch 12 from last year. The Switch 12 S sports a 12.5-inch IPS display with Full HD or 4K UHD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 4, anodized aluminum body, 6th-gen Intel Core M processor, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB SSD, and Intel RealSense R200 camera for 3D scanning. It also features the Acer Snap Hinge Gold for fast data streaming of up to 6Gbps between the tablet and keyboard dock. Price starts at $999.99.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet
Probably the most eye-catching in this list is the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet as it lets you attach Productivity Modules like the keyboard, pico-projector, Intel RealSense camera, or an extra battery that can last up to 15 hours. Other features include a 12-inch 2K (2160 x 1440) IPS display, built-in kickstand, USB Type-C, and powered by an Intel Core M processor. Price starts at $899.
Toshiba dynaPad
Toshiba’s dynaPad was first announced back in October 2015 but it was in CES 2016 that the Japanese company announced that it is now shipping the 12-inch WUXGA 2-in-1. The dynaPad sports an Intel Atom x5-Z8300 Processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, and Windows 10 Home. Price starts at $649.99.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga
The ThinkPad X1 Yoga features a 14-inch 2K (2560 x 1440) touch screen display with optional OLED variant. It features a spill-resistant full-size backlit keyboard with the keys that retract automatically when not being used as a laptop. It weighs 2.8lbs and comes with a dockable rechargeable stylus pen. Price starts at $1,499.
Dell XPS 12 2-in-1
Dell also has a sleek-looking 2-in-1 in the form of the XPS 12 2-in-1. It sports a 12.5-inch display available in Full HD and 4K UHD resolution with Gorilla Glass NBT. Like its XPS cousins, it has thin side bezels. It is powered by a 6th-gen Intel Core M5 Processor, 8GB RAM, up to 256GB SSD, and Windows 10. Price starts at $999.99.
Dell Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1
Dell also introduced a convertible business laptop – the Latitude 12 7000 Series 2-in-1. Like the XPS 12 2-in-1, it has a 12.5-inch display available in Full HD and 4K UHD resolution with Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 6th-gen Intel Core M processors, up to 8GB RAM, SSD PCIe storage, 2x USB Type-C port, and Windows 10. Price is TBA.
