PROJECT SUPERVISOR
This job requires a graduate of certified apprenticeship in shipbuilding or a mechanical, electrical or naval architectural engineering technical school or equivalent in experience. A candidate must possess effective communications skills in English both verbal and written. The incumbent must have a through knowledge of shipbuilding operations, ship systems, setting to work and test and trials. Demonstrate analytical, organizational skills in directing Foreman or charge hands in their daily tasks based on schedule and budgets and familiar with most PC base applications.
LAMINATING SUPERVISOR
Diploma of certified apprenticeship in FRP boat building or a mechanical technical school or equivalent in experience. A candidate must possess effective communications skills in English both verbal and written. The incumbent must have a thorough knowledge of FRP boat building operations, tooling development, tolerance acceptance, and material engineering. Demonstrate analytical, organizational skills in directing Foreman or charge.
