Ilocandia Food Tour With Electrolux

One of the best way to learn about a city’ history and culture is through its foods. That is also why I make an extra effort just to sample the local dishes in a locality I visit.

And just recently, Electrolux sent us for a food tour, and destination was Ilocos Sur!

Exploring the flavors of Ilocos with Electrolux

One of the best things at I have ever experienced in my entire life as a travel blogger is that I am able to savor the unique dishes, and at some point in time, even experienced how the locals would prepare these dishes that placed their locality in the culinary map.

Radisson Blu introduces its newest Korean chef!

I was recently in Cebu to to attend an event where Radisson Blu introduced their newest chef, Lee Seung Joon.

Chef Lee is officially joining the Radisson Blu team, expanding the hotel’s international culinary army which already includes Chinese, Italian and Filipino chefs.

An All Out Fun Experience at The Pahiyas Festival!

It was wild, crazy, and fun! I was just so lucky to have been invited last May 15 by Smart Communications to join them in Lucban Quezon for the annual celebration of the Pahiyas Festival.

This is the second time that I will be experiencing the Pahiyas. First was in 2010 so more or less I know what to expect, what to see what to do what to eat during the fiesta day.

Foodtrippin’ Cebu

Part of the traveling experience is sampling the local foods or delicacies. And as a travel blogger I always make it a point to try to foods that the locals eat, foods that has placed a city or a community in the gastronomic map.

Cebu may have been all too familiar to me, but I must admit that I am not really familiar wit its local dishes. We may have known lechon, otap rosquillos and danggit but there’s more to that in Cebu, I swear!
