Sony has introduced its latest addition to the Xperia family of Android smartphones, the Xperia M and the dual-SIM capable Xperia M dual.
The new mid-range offering sports a 4-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) TFT display which equates to 245ppi, a 5 megapixel AF Exmor RS rear shooter, 0.3 megapixel front-facing, and 4GB of internal storage with microSD card support. It also has a number of connectivity features including WiFi, 3G, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, and NFC.
Powering the device is a dual-core Snapdragon S4 (MSM8227) CPU clocked at 1GHz, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 1,750mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jellybean.
The Sony Xperia M and Xperia M dual will be offered in Black, White, Yellow, and Purple colors and will be available in Q3 2013. Pricing is yet to be announced.
