One of Xiaomi‘s co-founder, Li Wanqiang, confirms that the new Mi 5 will be arriving early this year. It’s also been revealed that the new flagship handset will sport Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 processor which has a significant boost in performance compared to its predecessor.
Along with that speedy chipset, there’s also a possibility of it having 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The arrival of the Mi 5 has also been confirmed, making its debut at February 27, 2016, and will be available a week after launch.
So far that was all that has been disclosed by the Chinese company’s co-founder and we’ll just have to wait until next month for the official launch.
