World-class real estate developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. and top-notch contractor DATEM, Inc. celebrated its newfound partnership in the construction of the fourth tower of Pioneer Woodlands (PWL) condominium last May 12 through its ‘First Concrete Pouring’ ceremony.
The event, led by Empire East’s senior vice president for project development division, engineer Ricky S. Libago and DATEM’s president, engineer Levy V. Espiritu, signifies the beginning of a speedy and innovative construction of PWL’s fourth (out of six) towers.
“It is so fortunate for Empire East to be able to show our clients that we are really serious in providing quality homes. Having DATEM as our contractor is one of our steps to ensure only the best development for them,” said Libago.
DATEM is known to have constructed high-standard edifices in the Philippines such as The Mind Museum and Discovery Shores Boracay. In the property sector, it spearheaded the construction of Megaworld’s One Central and Two Central, as well as Uptown Ritz among many others.
When asked which part of PWL will play in their roster of project portfolio, Espiritu only expressed how excited his team is to be working on this project that is within a very strategic location, especially for being given the chance to reconfigure the tower’s design to fit their trademark development.
“We are using new technologies in construction such as pre-fixed architectural and structural precast wall. We will be using the precast slab panel system and are ensuring straight finished flooring. We guarantee that the quality of the project will be the best,” said Espiritu. He also promised prompt completion of the development and a guarantee that future homeowners will be satisfied with the outcome.
Empire East President and CEO Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu is proud of this new highlight that came just in time for the celebration of the company’s 21st anniversary in the industry this year.
“Partnering with DATEM makes Empire East’s developments more trustworthy in terms of providing the best quality for its aspiring homeowners. We are looking forward to a superior turnover of units in the coming years,” he shared.
Pioneer Woodlands is located along EDSA cor. Pioneer St. in Mandaluyong City. Having a direct bridge to the Boni station of MRT3 makes this development more desirable for city dwellers who love to speed through the vital city hubs easily.
Its available living spaces range from one bedroom to combined unit options. Construction of fourth tower is currently ongoing. PWL LTS No 26217 includes Towers 1 and 2.
