French brand ARCHOS announces its new affordable smartphones running Android Lollipop 5.1 and one handset running Windows 10 which are about to be shown off at next week’s IFA in Berlin. These are the Diamond S, 50e Helium, and 50 Cesium.

The ARCHOS 50 Cesium, on the other hand, has the exact same hardware as the 50e Helium, but instead of running Android’s latest OS, it performs using a Windows 10 operating system.
Priced at £159.99 (approx. Php11.5K), the Diamond S will be available starting November 2015 while the 50e Helium will be available for £99 (approx. Php7K).
