With Windows 10 rolling out to PCs, laptops, and tablets worldwide, Microsoft has revealed the first Lumia smartphones to receive the free Windows 10 upgrade when it becomes available.

Here’s the first batch of Lumia smartphones to receive Windows 10 according to Microsoft’s website:

Lumia 435
Lumia 532
Lumia 535
Lumia 540
Lumia 640
Lumia 640 XL
Lumia 735
Lumia 830
Lumia 930

Neowin has reached out to Microsoft and was told that the company is planning to bring Windows 10 to all Lumia devices running Lumia Denim software, however, features will vary depending on hardware specs.

Microsoft has revealed in a blog post a current list of Lumia smartphones that will receive the Windows 10 upgrade when it arrives.

As Gabe Aul points out in the post, this is a preliminary list and “not 100% locked”. Some devices may be pulled from the list if they find a device specific bug, or added if they find a fix.
