Results: Microsoft Lumia 950 XL vs LG V10 Camera Blind Test

Last week, we tested the camera capabilities of two smartphones namely: the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL and the LG V10. Both concentrate in the imaging department and has equipped their respective handsets with able shooters.

As you can see, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL smokes the LG V10 in all aspects when taking photos on Auto mode. The colors are more life-like and performance when using its flash is more natural. This is thanks to the Lumia’s 20-MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and triple (RGB) LED flash.

Microsoft Set To Launch Two Flagship Lumia Smartphones

In line with the upcoming launch of Windows 10, there have been speculations that Microsoft is gearing up to launch two new Lumia smartphones which currently goes by codenames Cityman and Talkman.

LUMIA 950 XL

Based on Window Central’s report , Talkman and Cityman has the firepower under the hood to go toe-to-toe with best that Android has to offer.

In addition to this, the handsets will sport unique hardware, such as an illuminated IR sensor for facial recognition and/or Iris scanner, that will be necessary to take full advantage of the nifty features of Windows 10. These features will complement, and eventually replace, the use of password to log in to a computer though the new feature called Windows Hello.

Details about the pricing of both the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are currently scarce, although both handsets are expected to make its debut in September in time for this year’s IFA in Berlin.
