Korean electronics giant LG just announced a new 10.1-inch lightweight tablet named as the Tab Book Duo.
The new tablet from LG is equipped with a ten-point multitouch IPS display, a quad-core Intel M processor, USB 3.0 and micro-HDMI ports, and a quick stand at the back. Together with its bluetooth keyboard which can connect both the tablet and a smartphone at the same time, the battery is said to last up to 11 hours long, which LG says would be enough to keep you entertained during most of your one-way trip from Seoul to Los Angeles. It will also run on full Windows 8.1 right out of the box.
The Tab Book Duo is touted to be really lightweight, as it has almost the same weight of a bottled mineral water at 530g, and is marked at 790g with the keyboard combined.
The new tablet-and-keyboard convertible will be retailing in Korea first for the Holidays, and is priced at KRW740,000 or around Php30,000 in local currency.
