Before the Hero 4 is officially unveiled by GoPro, they’ve announced the update to the Hero 3 — the GoPro HD Hero3+.
The new couple can do 720p video recording with a 120fps frame rate or a full HD 1080p video at 60fps.
The Black Edition has a 12MP lens and can do up to 4K resolution as well although only at 15fps. The Silver Edition has a 10MP lens and can do 1080p @ 60fps.
The new Hero3+ is smaller and lighter than the previous Hero3 model but GoPro promises longer battery life on a single full charge.
The Black Edition costs $399.99 with the WiFi remote while the Silver Edition is just $299.99.
