Last month, we reported that Globe has revamped its DSL plan data caps. Today, Globe has announced that it has increased its monthly data allocation for its Tattoo Home Broadband LTE plans.
Monthly service fees, maximum speeds, and perks are same with last month’s, only this time the monthly data allocation for Tattoo Home Broadband LTE have increased:
Plan 1099 – 2Mbps – 20GB (from 10GB)
Plan 1299 – 3Mbps – 30GB (from 15GB)
Plan 1599 – 5Mbps – 50GB (from 20GB)
Plan 1999 – 7Mbps – 60GB (from 30GB)
Plan 2499 – 10Mbps – 70GB (from 50GB)
Plan 2999 – 15Mbps – 80GB (from 70GB)
According to Globe, the company has spent around Php4.9 billion in capital expenditures as of the first quarter this year to support the growing customer base and the demand for data. In addition, it has already started the deployment of the US$500 million LTE network to serve both mobile and home broadband data requirements. Globe is now seeking to build out a combined 5,000 LTE sites over the next 24 months.
