Garmin intros its latest entry-level timepiece design for people with active lifestyle called the Forerunner 25.
With the Forerunner 25, Garmin basically took what was good with its predecessor, the Forerunner 15, and integrated new features to the GPS running watch whilst keeping its competitive price tag.
The new features of the Forerunner 25 include thinner design and a larger display, a third larger than the previous model, just to name a few.
Like its precursor, the Garmin FR25 is also water-proof for up to 50 meters and tracks a lot of information about your workout such as pace, distance travelled, step count and calories burnt thanks to the on-board GPS module.
The Forerunner 25 can also be wirelessly synced to an Android or iOS device via Bluetooth connection to view the data it gathered on a larger screen or receive notifications for incomings calls/SMS and calendar alerts.
The new Garmin Forerunner 25 comes two sizes and is available in a variety of colors (black/red, black/blue in a large face, and black/purple and white/pink in a small face). The smaller version will retail for $169.99 while the bigger will set you back $30 more.
Both GPS watches are expected to ship in the third quarter of the year.
