Starmobile makes official its new handset that they claim is the most affordable smartphone that runs Android Lollipop out-of-the-box. The JUMP Neo is also affordably-priced at just below Php5K.

Apart from the R1x that just got its local pricing, Oppo Philippines teases another handset — the Neo 5. This dual-SIM phone is positioned at a lower price point and runs on a quad-core processor with Android KitKat.

Oppo Philippines announces through its Facebook page the local pricing of the R1x. It boasts a premium diamond-like design with Pixel Eyes screen and an octa-core processor.
