Lenovo, over at CES, has introduced the Vibe Xtension Selfie Flash. Originally planned to go with the newly-announced Vibe X2 Pro, this rather nifty gadget is compatible with any Android devices according to the company.
The Selfie Flash attaches to the 3.5mm jack of the smartphone and provides a continuous light rather than just a flash. Eight LED lights power the module and are diffused to give off a soft touch of light on the face. It could also be rotated to make it a light source for the rear camera.
The LEDs are housed in a metal body with a button at the back, that can act as a shutter button. Lenovo claims that the Selfie Flash has a rechargeable battery that lasts 100 selfies — so as long as you don’t take 100 snaps of your face then it could very well last you one whole day on a single charge.
At $29 or approximately Php1,300, the Vibe Xtension Selfie Flash will be available on Lenovo’s website.
