Leading credit card issuer Citibank and West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. have entered into a partnership that will bring a more convenient mode of payment to their customers.
Beginning November 16, 2012, Maynilad customers will be able to pay their water bill through Citibank One Bill. This service allows Citibank cardholders to enroll all their utility bills so these are automatically charged to the credit card every month.
This removes the hassle of queuing at payment centers on due dates and relieves the worry of forgetting to pay the bills on time.
To start using One Bill, call 423-3000 or the 24-hour CitiPhone at 995-9999 for Metro Manila or 234-9999 for Metro Cebu, and provide the information needed on the utility accounts to be enrolled.
Another way to enroll is to log on to Citibank Online then click the Citibank One Bill Enrollment Banner and accomplish the form.
Pay all utility bills including electricity, broadband and cable TV subscriptions with One Bill. No need to remember various due dates and settle all the household’s bills in just one payment. One Bill also allows cardholders to donate to charitable institutions.
Apart from Maynilad, you can also enrol payments to the following with Citibank One Bill: Bayan Telecommunications, Cablelink, Digitel, Dream Satellite TV, Global Destiny, Globe, Globe Broadband, Infocom, MERALCO, Mozcom, My Destiny, Net Direct, Pacific Internet, PLDT, SKYBroadband, SKYCable, Smart, Smart Bro and Sun Cellular .
Cardholders can also send donations to Children’s Hour, UNICEF and World Visions through One Bill.
