With Chevron as founding sponsor, Devex 40 Under 40 awardees were selected based on their influence on the development agenda and impact on development results in the Philippines and abroad. Some of the awardees are Patricia Evangelista, Julie Abad, Dindong Dantes, Kara David, Valenzuela Mayor Sherwin Gatchalian, Saranggani Gov. Miguel Dominguez, and Bam Aquino.
