Lenovo, in collaboration with NEC Personal Computers (NECP), has announced at CES 2015 two ultraportable laptops: the LaVie Z HZ550 which the company claims to be the world’s lightest 13-inch laptop PC, and the LaVie Z HZ750 which is the world’s lightest 13-inch convertible PC.
The Lenovo LaVie Z HZ550 which has a 180-degree lay flat hinge weighs in at 1.72 lbs, while the convertible LaVie Z HZ750 which has a 360-degree hinge weighs in at 2.04 lbs. Both sport super light Magnesium-Lithium Alloy chassis.
