Any iPhone users out there who love to take selfies using their very own selfie stick but wishes it to be more convenient? You might want to check out CD-R King’s answer to the heft of bringing a selfie stick everywhere with this case.

The picture above was posted on CD-R King’s Facebook page showing how their selfie stick case or Stikbox works. It’s a protective case and a selfie stick in one. The arm comes out from the back of the case and with just a few unfolding, you’re now ready to take that perfectly angled selfie.

Not much detail was given by CD-R King regarding the material used here but we’re suspecting it to be similar to the alloys used with your regular sticks. The case is currently fitted for the iPhone 6/6S and 6/6S Plus with pricing at Php 990.

CD-R King has its own affordable Segway

CD-R King is known to make tech accessories and gadgets affordable such as the Action Cam launched last December, and it looks like the local tech retail giant isn’t stopping at any point as it also introduced the California Malibu, its own affordable version of the segway.

For those who are not familiar with this, a segway is a two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicle designed to transport a single person, hence it is mostly used in the country by security personnel on spacious, mid- to high-end malls. The California Malibu is said to offer the same experience at a lower cost.

With that said, this CD-R king automobile can carry persons up to 125kg, has a maximum speed of up to 18km/h, and can go as far as 25km on a single battery charge. It also features an LCD screen for battery level, an alloy wheel set, a lean steer frame height adjuster, turning pipes, a Safe Alarm System, and Smart Balancing to avoid accidental falls.

Tech retail store giant CD-R King just announced its foray into the action camera segment as it unveiled on its Facebook page the waterproof Action Camcorder, which will be available on its branches in the near future.

According to the product listing over at CD-R King’s website, the action camcorder touts a 1.5-hour battery life and its waterprrof case has been rated IP68, which means it has been certified as a dust-tight device, and is protected from long term immersion up to a specified pressure. It is also worth noting that the action cam has its overall design similar to the GoPro Hero series.
