ZenFone 3 Max to launch in August on top of other ZenFone 3 series

ASUS is bringing its latest ZenFone 3 smartphones in the country next month namely the Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe, and Zenfone 3 Ultra. But, as posted by a moderator on an ASUS forum page, there’s one more unannounced member that’s coming — ZenFone 3 Max.

For less than a year in existence, the big battery-touting sibling in the ZenFone family is getting an update just in line with the new ZenFone 3s. The Max is different from the Ultra and based on the photo above, it looks more of an upsized base version of the Zenfone 3 with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

A comment also hints that the Max is coming this August but no specific date was mentioned. If ASUS will opt for an atomic drop of new devices for the local market, then we can expect it to be released also on August 14.
