Along with the ZE551ML, Asus Philippines also launched its entry-level counterpart the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE500CL which is slated to be the soul successor of the famous Zenfone 5.
Update: The ZE500CL variant with 1.6GHz Intel Z2560 processor is at Php7,999 and not Php9,999 which is for the ZE551ML model with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.

The newly-launched Asus Zenfone 2 ZE500CL with the specs listed above can be had for Php7,995 and will be available in Black and Red color variants.
It will come with a standard one-year warranty from Asus Philippines which will cover for parts and service fee if anything happens to the smartphone within the warranty period.
