Elephone’s next device boots Windows 10 & Android 5.0

Just a few weeks ago we saw a handset from Chinese smartphone manufacturer Elephone that sports LTE and 3GB RAM for less that $230. Today we hear of yet another phone from the company, but this time with the capability to dual boot Windows 10 and Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Elephone-upcoming-smartphone

Expected specs:
5.5-inch QHD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution
64-bit MediaTek MTK6795 processor (Android only OS)
Intel Atom processor (Dual boot OS)
4GB RAM
21MP rear camera with IMX 230 sensor (Android only OS)
20.7MP rear camera with IMX 230 sensor (Dual boot OS)
Fingerprint scanner
At least 3,800mAh battery

The still-unnamed handset, as seen above, will be available in two versions as confirmed by Elephone themselves — an Android 5.0 variant and a dual boot system between Windows 10 and Android 5.0. The former will launch next month, while the latter will be unveiled in June.

Judging from the specs, it seems like the company wants to give other brands a new competitor when this handset comes out. What do you guys think?
