We kinda know halos lahat na sa atin, we saw each other's faces sa photog thread, and we kinda know each other's personality sa mga posts natin dito, pati na din first names. Basing from that, ano sa tingin nyo ang bagay na name ng bawa't isa? So the poster will give a name sa poster before him/her na sa tingin nya fits her or bagay sa kanya. Mas maganda kung may explanation :luvstrk:

As usual, I don't know the right thread where I can post this interesting article so I figured, my safest bet would be in the shout forum. This is very interesting, weird maybe. It might also be TMTH for some (too much to handle). What do you think? Does it violate any laws? Be it laws of man, or laws of God or in other religion, their supreme being. Note how a lay person like the cab driver in the first case was very vocal about his opinion on the matter. So how's about it my fellow kuronians? What do you think?

Who seen the show? Any thoughts? Amy Winehouse is a big winner. But some weren't happy i.e Natalie Cole. Kasi daw, the academy shouldn't be rewarding these artists whose personal lives are a mess coz it sends the wrong message to impressionable audiences especially the young ones. She's a crack addict kasi and her song that won, she was singing about how people wanted her to go to rehab but she says No, No, No :laugh: Personally, I like the song, especially the beat, parang ska na parang pop and I thought she deserved the award.

As for performances, I wasn't able to see the beginning but I was sooo amazed by Tina Turner... natalbugan nya si Beyonce in their performance :up: Yeay for Tina :D

OK, I was gonna post this new thread supposedly at the LOVE and COurtship thread.... but to be honest, this thread was inspired by a segment in the news about RENT-A-PET :confused:!!!

Here in the states, may RENT-a-DATE i.e if you feel like going for the perks of dating without the commitment (Disclaimer: I haven't tried this yet, hahahha, maybe soon) may RENT-a-CENTER... like renting your appliances instead of buying them kung nde mo pa feel bumili. Off course may RENT-a-CAR. Even designer purses you can just rent them for a few weeks instead of buying them. And then now, I saw in the news, in cities like LA and NY and coming soon in a few more cities, you can RENT-a-DOG :confused:

What has happened to this generation? Are we that afraid of commitment now? In this age wherein it is difficult for many of us to keep a committed relationship, much so a marriage, get committed in a job (I just filed my resignation in my part time job), even get committed to a state to live in (my friends have been doing this travel assignments cox they can't decide where to settle down yet, what does it tell about us?

So, what is my purpose for this thread? hahahha, di ko din alam :laugh: I just wanna get your thoughts about it. Do you agree that we are a commitment-phobe generation? I mean, ako, I know I want commitment in my relationships, pero for some reason, I find myself being a commitment-phobe in all the other aspects of my life. So, what ya think? Sorry, I don't actively blog kasi eh, this would have been a nice post sana. Kaya I am just throwing my ideas to you kuro people.... post away!

Have you ever thought of having a career change? I mean, like totally different from what you're doing right now and not related to whatever degree you took in college.

Like me for instance, I would say I am basically happy in what I do, but there are moments when I just want to leave Nursing all together :-/ Say be a talk show host perhaps. I also thought of trying out retail... which I think I am good at :p

So what do you do now? and if given a chance to choose a different career path, what would it be?
