Amidst all the fanfare for its upcoming next-generation flagship smartphone, Asus has silently added to its online portfolio the Zenfone Go TV, which touts worldwide Digital television connectivity enclosed in the Taiwanese company’s own signature device design.

This phone sports Sony’s SMT-EW100 DTV tuner chip which supports streaming from multiple DTV standards such as DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-T2 Lite, ISDB-T and ISDB-Tmm.

The Asus Zenfone Go TV will be available in all Asus smartphone colors imaginable: Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Lake Blue, Glacier Gray, Sheer Gold, Glamour Red, Floral Pink, and Silver Blue. Online sale has started in its home turf with a NT$5,490 price tag, or roughly Php7,900 when directly converted as of this writing.
