Following the recent defacement of Comelec’s website last March 27, a new cyber attack is now affecting some of the Philippine’s government websites and other local websites. Indonesian Defacer Team have successfully hacked and defaced these websites late April 28 (Tuesday).
In line with this, the Anonymous Philippines posted a warning on their Facebook Page concering the low-level security of our government websites. Additionally, the group also said that they are not responsible to these new defacements and they will also not attack Indonesian sites because of this hacking incident.
