ASUS has unveiled last night the Zenfone 2 Deluxe, the company’s latest high-end smartphone with 5.5-inch Full HD display, Intel Atom Z3580 CPU, 4GB RAM, and Android Lollipop. Specs sound familiar? Well that’s because it’s basically the twin of the Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML) that was announced back in January. What’s the difference? Let’s find out in our specs comparison below.

Winning features
ASUS Zenfone 2 (ZE551ML):
* Available in smaller storage variants: 16GB, 32GB
* NFC
* More color options
ASUZ Zenfone 2 Deluxe:
* Larger storage option: 128GB
* Support for larger microSD capacity: 128GB
* Luxurious design
As you can see, the differences are subtle but easy to summarize – the Zenfone 2 Deluxe, although without NFC, is more generous when it comes to memory capacity and obviously looks luxurious compared to its brother. That being said, the Deluxe is expected to carry a more expensive price tag when it arrives locally.
