Fancy a heart-shaped device? Enter the Heart 401AB, a fashionably odd feature phone only available in Japan.
This device, which can transform from a odd soap-shaped bar phone into a heart, is equipped with a 128×36 dot matrix display, can store up to 100 contact entries, and has support for hands-free functions. Other than that, its has no modern phone features — no internet connectivity, no camera, not even a function for SMS. It’s basically a call-only phone under Japan’s low-cost Personal Handyphone System (PHS) network.
The device will be available in red and black colors, and will be distributed through Japanese carrier Y!Mobile starting this March for JPY 12,000 (*Php4,550), payable in installments up to 36 months. If you want more of the fancy phone, a Sailor Moon variant is also available with gold embellishments and a wand accessory for an additional JPY 4,298 (*Php1,630).
