Jabra has introduced in the Philippines their latest headset technology designed for call centers and office use: the Jabra Biz 2300, Jabra Pro 900 series, and the Jabra Motion Office.
The Jabra Biz 2300 is a USB-based wired headset designed for contact center agents. It features HD Voice / Wideband speaker performance and best-in-class noise cancellation technology.
In addition, it also features a light-weight yet durable design with a 360-degree rotating break proof swiveling boom arm and a Kevlar-reinforced cord.
Next is the Jabra Pro 900 series: Jabra Pro 925 (for desk phone) and Jabra Pro 935 (for softphone). These are wireless headsets that features the industry-first dual connectivity over 2.4GHz, up to 100 meters of hands-free communication, and up to 12 hours of battery life.
The Jabra Pro 900 series is perfect for contact center supervisors who need to handle calls away from their stations. Like the Biz 2300, it also offers HD Voice – Wideband Audio and a Noise Cancelling microphone.
Lastly we have the Jabra Motion Office Bluetooth headset which is designed for executives who need to be in constant communication whether in the office, on the road, or at home.
It has a wireless range of up to 100 meters and lets you take calls from your desk phone, VoIP softphone, smartphone and tablet. In addition, it also features Hot Desking so users can use the Motion Office headset at any desk where there is a Motion Office base present.
The Jabra Biz 2300 and Pro 900 series are normally sold to BPO and contact center companies and are not available off-the-shelf. Price range for the Biz 2300 is from $109 to $129 depending on the model, while the Pro 900 Series has a price range of $199 to $259. The Motion Office, on the other hand, has a price tag of $379.
