Looks like Sony is indeed set to release a new QX lens in the form of the ILCE-QX1 – an E-mount lens-style camera for your smartphone that features an APS-C sensor and pop-up flash.
The ILCE-QX1 is going to be Sony’s latest addition to its QX-line of lens-style cameras. The new features that the QX1 will bring to the table is the larger APS-C sensor, pop-up flash, and the E-mount module so users can easily swap lenses.
Complete specs are not yet available but according to Sony Alpha Rumors it will cost 300 Euros for the body only and 450 Euros for the 16-50mm lens kit.
The ILCE-QX1 is scheduled to be officially unveiled tomorrow at Sony’s press conference in Berlin so stay tuned. Hit the source link below for more photos.
