Apple has unveiled a new set of Macbook Pro with Retina Display which features revamped processor, as well as increased RAM, whilst maintaining the same price tag.
With the exception of the old 13-inch model, which is still equipped with 2.5GHz Intel Core-i5 dual-core processor with 4GB 1600MHz RAM, all of the new 13-inch MBPs are all equipped with a slightly faster chipset, complete with Intel Iris GPU and 8GB of RAM.
These new small Macbook Pros ship with 13.3-inch display with a 2560×1600 resolution and only varies on the capacity of the PCIe-based flash storage that comes with it.
Meanwhile, the two 15-inch models also got the same treatment as its smaller siblings. Both of them comes with 16GB of RAM by default, but the meeker of the two ships with a 2.2GHz Intel Core-i7 quad-core processor with 256GB flash-based ROM and Intel Iris Pro GPU.
On the other hand, the beefier MBP 15 is outfitted with a quad-core Intel Core-i7 processor clocked at 2.6GHz and has twice the amount storage space. Furthermore, it comes with a dedicated NVidia GeForce GT750M GPU which has 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
