Better late than never. Last December 1st I flew from Bacolod to Ozamiz with a 4-hour stopover at Mactan Cebu International Airport.

It was the first day of the last month of the year, but I was heading once again to Tangub City in Misamis Occidental to judge the annual Christmas Symbols Festival. The City has always been known as the Christmas Capital of Mindanao. And they pretty much know how to celebrate the Yuletide season with all the dazzling lights and colors.
