Gionee has recently announced their latest flagship phone and successor to the Elife E6 which was locally launched more than a month ago – the Gionee Elife E7.

For starters, the Elife E7 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD LTPS display with Gorilla Glass 3, a Snapdragon 800 CPU clocked at 2.5GHz, 2GB of RAM for the 16GB variant, 3GB of RAM for the 32GB variant, and a 16 megapixel rear camera which Gionee claims to have a “professional camera sensor”.

The Elife E7 actually comes in three Snapdragon 800 variants depending on network capabilities: E7 (Qualcomm 8974 2.2GHz, WCDMA), E7 (Qualcomm 8974 2.2GHz, TD – SCD + WCDMA), and E7L (Qualcomm 8974AC 2.5GHz, LTE 4G).
Prices start at 2,699 Chinese Yuan (almost Php20,000) for the 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, WCDMA variant. And 3,199 Chinese Yuan (almost Php23,000) for the 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, WCDMA variant. Both models will launch in China on December 12.
As for the Elife E7L with LTE, 3GB RAM, and 32GB of internal storage, it has a price tag of 3,499 Chinese Yuan or around Php25,000, and will launch in first quarter of 2014.
