Aside from being the star of all media and being an active mom of two kids, there is something that makes the day of Kris Aquino. Being busy did not stopped her from having an active healthy lifestyle. She would always make sure that she would do cardiovascular activity such as treadmill running. If she has call time like 9 in the morning she would wake up at 6 am just to do her habit which she loves doing for physical fitness. She does exercise 3 x a week so that she will not become fat after her co stars.
