Bacolod City will be in full bloom again again as it celebrates the annual Panagbenga Festival 2009 or the Flower Festival.
The 2009 Panagbenga Festival will be a special on for the people of Baguio as the country Summer Capital will be celebrating its centennial year as a city.
The Flower Festival is expected to be more grandiose. Thousands of tourists are also expected to drive all the way to Baguio City to witness the city’s grandest event.
