Back in August, Samsung released a list of initial devices to get the Android Marshmallow update, now we have an idea when the update will arrive thanks to a leaked roadmap.
The Samsung Galaxy Android Marshmallow Update Roadmap leaked by TimesNews.co.uk shows a list of Galaxy devices separated in phases. Phase 1 consists of eight devices with six devices already approved for Marshmallow. The Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ will receive it the earliest beginning December.
The rest, including the Galaxy S5, Galaxy Alpha, and the Galaxy A and E-series (Phase 2) are still waiting for approval. Also noted that there will be a Phase 3 and “will commence after initial testing.”
