Migraine – it’s the brunt of all your headaches and probably neck pain rolled into a single strip of bodily hurt inside the recesses of your skull. It could extend from your sinus all the way up to your forehead and down to your nape and paracetamol and aspirin can only do so much.
If nothing else, no medication or amount of sleep, can help you anymore, you might need to get an eye checkup.
If your head is hurting on only a single side of your head and the pain almost always elevates into that of a migraine that even sleeping can’t help solve (you might wake up with the migraine still present), it could be that your eyes need corrective lenses.
Even getting a point over the perfect 20/20 vision can get you in hot water. I myself have recently gone through terrible migraines only to discover that a pair of 21/25 lenses were all I needed to get a good night’s sleep. So if you’re experiencing migraine, don’t fret—go to the doctors to get your eyes checked.
