Westerd Digital has recently introduced the My Book Duo, a premium storage solution that utilizes two drives, hardware-level RAID and USB 3.0 for ultra-fast data transfers.
The WD My Book Duo comes with integrated WD Red NAS hard drives with user serviceable enclosure and up to 12TB capacity. It features 3 high-speed USB 3.0 ports for data transfers reaching up to 290 MB/s. In addition, it features Dropbox cloud integration, system-level backup with the help of Acronis True Image WD Edition software, and 256-bit AES hardware encryption.
