Last week, SamMobile reported that Samsung is due to unveil two tablets (8.4 and 10.5) under the new Galaxy S Tab lineup, and just recently they’ve got their hands on two leaked photos of the 10.5-inch model which is conveniently called the Samsung Galaxy S Tab 10.5.
The leaked photos suggest that Sammy’s upcoming tablets will follow the same design language that they company recently implemented on their newer tablets under the Galaxy Note Pro and Galaxy Tab Pro lineup.
However, what sets the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 apart from its Galaxy Tab Pro and Note Pro counterpart is the addition of fingerprint sensor embedded on the physical Home Button, similar to the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S5.
According to the site the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 will be powered by an octa-core processor (Exynos 5420) which consists of four Cortex-A15 chips running at 1.9GHz and four Cortex-A7 processors which is rated at 1.3GHz. The CPU is backed by a Mali-T628 MP6 GPU and 3GB worth of RAM which, in theory, should keep things nice and steady even when the going gets tough.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (SM-T705) specs:
10.5-inch AMOLED WQXGA display @ 2560×1600 pixels
Samsung Exynos 5420 octa-core processor
Mali-T628 MP6 GPU
3GB RAM
LTE 150Mbps

8MP rear camera

There’s currently no word when the Samsung Galaxy S Tab 10.5 will make its official debut, but there’s a possibility that it may be revealed during this year’s Samsung Unpacked event or maybe even earlier.
