Most flagship phones nowadays have smaller versions of themselves and LG is following suit. The LG G2 Mini comes with the company’s signature rear buttons, a 4.7-inch qHD display, a Snapdragon 400 or a Tegra 4i CPU and Android 4.4 KitKat with LG’s skinning.
Quite obviously, a lot of downgrades can be seen here when compared to the original G2, but that’s nothing new as a lot of mini phones also have downsized specs. The camera is now at 8 megapixels, the internal memory starts at 8GB and the RAM is now at only 1GB. Other details include 4G, a micro SD card slot and a removable 2,440mAh battery.
The phone is believed to be making an appearance on MWC soon as LG has been teasing - February 24, 2014. A lot of details are yet to be announced such as the price, so stay tuned for more details and coverage!
