Samsung’s Android-powered clamshell-type smartphone is real and it’s officially out. It’s called the Samsung SCH-W789 Hennessy and sports dual-touchscreen displays and runs Android Jellybean.
The Hennessy packs two 3.3-inch TFT touchscreen displays with HVGA (320 x 480) resolution, a 5 megapixel camera, microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and dual-SIM support for CDMA and GSM networks. Powering the device is a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 1,500mAh battery, and Android 4.1 Jellybean skinned with TouchWiz.
The Samsung Hennessy is currently directed towards the Chinese market. No information about pricing and international availability as of the moment.
