Local media over at Bulgaria got some details on the much leaked and anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, specifically pricing and release details.
Tablet.bg reports that the tablet will launch by the end of March. The WiFi only version will be around 699 Bulgarian leva (359 EUR). We have to note that the European price is significantly higher than the usual. Take for example, the iPad Mini costing around 340 EUR, while here on the Philippines, it’s significantly cheaper.
We just did simple proportions, and we can estimate that the base model for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is expected to hit the Philippines between Php16,000 and Php17,000.
The report also said that a 3G variant may be coming at 869 Bulgarian leva (449 EUR) as well. Applying the same methods, we can estimate that the 3G Galaxy Note 8.0 may be worth an extra Php3,000.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 expected specs:
8-inch display @ 1280×800 pixels, 189ppi
1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor
2GB RAM
16GB and 32GB internal storage
